Moves Tech Group From Manual Keyboard Entry to Bar Coding and Scanning
KINNELON,
N.J.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—OCTOBER 4, 2000—With four organizational
divisions and nine different databases to maintain, Phoenix-based Tech
Group needed faster data entry than manual keystrokes could provide.
The company found the speed and accuracy they were seeking in Eagle
Consulting and Development’s RF Express™ for MFG/PRO®, the automated
data collection product specifically designed and developed for QAD
MFG/PRO.
The
Tech Group, which makes injection-molded plastics
for the medical and consumer technology industries, has multiple
locations within their organization, making production reporting and
inventory control critical operational functions.
