KINNELON, N.J. - (Private Distribution) - (June 16, 2008) Eagle Consulting & Development is pleased to announce that its strategic partner, enterprise solution provider QAD (NASDAQ: QADI) has recognized Eagle as its "Product Partner of the Year." This is the fifth time in six years that Eagle has been honored in this way.

Recognizing this unprecedented achievement, QAD CEO Karl Lopker, along with Gordon Fleming, CMO, presented the award to Bill Paone, Eagle's Executive VP, Sales and Marketing.
