and Minerva Finalize 5-Year Partnership Agreement
KINNELON, N.J.—(BusinessWire)—May
15, 2002—Eagle Consulting & Development has announced a
five-year agreement that allows Minerva Industrial Systems PLC to partner
with Eagle Europe in selling and supporting Eagle’s RF Express™ for
MFG/PRO® in Europe. New
Jersey-based Eagle Consulting & Development is the leading provider of
online, real-time automated data collection solutions to users of QAD
MFG/PRO enterprise applications worldwide.
From Eagle headquarters in
Kinnelon, Bill Paone, executive vice-president, marketing and sales,
described his view of the partnership, “The combination of QAD’s
enterprise software, Eagle’s solution and the implementation expertise
of Minerva, gives manufacturers and distributors greater control and
