Eagle Presentation
Ray Agrusti, Senior Product Consultant / Project Manager with Eagle Global Services, spoke at both of the Fall user group meetings in California.

The presentation was based on the Sugar Foods case study first released at Explore 2008.

As Sugar Foods IT Manager Kerry White put it, it's a "look under the hood" at the specific steps involved in the successful implementation of an automated data collection system, from discovery through go-live.
